Maintaining a hygienic environment requires more than daily cleaning it demands systematic, disciplined protocols that our entire team follows without exception.
We sanitise all sleeping areas, feeding stations, play zones, and common spaces multiple times each day using pet-safe, non-toxic cleaning agents. We handle waste promptly and responsibly, and we ensure that water and food bowls remain clean and freshly stocked at all times.
We deep-clean and disinfect all kennels, catteries, and enclosures between each animal's stay to prevent cross-contamination.
We use only veterinarian-approved, pet-safe disinfectants that eliminate pathogens without harming animals.
We maintain separate zones for different animal species to prevent stress, injury, and disease transmission.

Safety in our facility extends beyond hygiene. We have designed our physical environment with the security of every animal as the primary consideration. All enclosures, fencing, and access gates are robust, escape-proof, and regularly inspected for structural integrity.
Disease prevention forms a cornerstone of our hygiene programme. We isolate newly arrived animals for an initial health assessment period before introducing them to communal areas. Any animal displaying signs of illness receives immediate isolation, veterinary evaluation, and supportive care.
Nutrition and hydration form a critical part of our safe and hygienic care commitment. We provide fresh, clean water and appropriate nutritional meals to every animal multiple times per day. We use separate, individually labelled feeding equipment to prevent the sharing of bowls between animals.
