This Shipping / Fulfillment Policy explains how items, sponsorships, and support contributions made through the Al Azeem Foundation website are fulfilled.

1. Sponsorship and Support Items

Many items displayed on our website represent animal welfare needs and sponsorship opportunities, such as food, medical supplies, rescue equipment, treatment, shelter support, and other animal care requirements.

When you purchase or sponsor one of these support items, your payment is intended to help Al Azeem Foundation provide the relevant care or resources for animals supported by the Foundation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant page, these support items are not physical products shipped or delivered to the supporter.

2. No Physical Delivery to Supporters

For sponsorship and animal welfare support items, no parcel or physical product will normally be delivered to the customer's shipping address.

The listed item represents the type of animal welfare need your contribution is intended to support.

For example, if you sponsor an animal first-aid care kit, the contribution is intended to support first-aid and care requirements for animals rather than providing a first-aid kit for personal delivery to the supporter.

3. Fulfillment of Support Contributions

Once a successful payment has been received, the contribution may be allocated toward the relevant animal welfare requirement.

This may include:

  • Animal food and nutrition

  • Veterinary treatment

  • Medicines and medical supplies

  • Rescue equipment

  • Transportation and rescue operations

  • Shelter and rehabilitation

  • Animal care supplies

  • Other related animal welfare needs

Where the specific need associated with a contribution has already been fulfilled or circumstances have changed, the Foundation may apply the contribution toward another relevant animal welfare need.

4. Order Confirmation

After completing a transaction through our website, you may receive an electronic order or payment confirmation.

This confirmation acknowledges that your transaction has been received. For sponsorship and support items, it should not be interpreted as confirmation that a physical product will be shipped to you.

5. Shipping Charges

Sponsorship and support items that are not physically delivered to the supporter should not require shipping.

Where we separately offer a physical product that is intended for delivery to the customer, applicable shipping charges and delivery information may be displayed during checkout or on the relevant product page.

6. Physical Products

If Al Azeem Foundation offers physical merchandise or other products intended to be delivered directly to customers, those products will be clearly identified as physical products.

Applicable delivery areas, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and other fulfillment information may be provided for such products separately.

7. Incorrect Information

For transactions involving physical delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Al Azeem Foundation may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Because sponsorship contributions may be allocated to animal welfare activities shortly after payment, please contact us as soon as possible if a transaction was made in error.

We may update this Shipping / Fulfillment Policy to reflect changes in our support programs, products, fulfillment methods, or operational practices.
