Payments may be processed through Safepay or other payment service providers available through our Shopify store.

Al Azeem Foundation does not directly store complete credit or debit card details.

7. Use of Support Contributions

Support contributions received through our website are used to assist the Foundation's animal welfare activities, which may include rescue operations, food, veterinary treatment, medical supplies, shelter, rehabilitation, transportation, and general animal care.

Where a contribution is associated with a particular support item or initiative, we aim to apply the funds toward that purpose.

Where circumstances change or the specific need has already been fulfilled, funds may be applied to another animal welfare need or related Foundation activity where reasonably necessary.

8. Shipping and Fulfillment

Where an item is clearly identified as a physical product intended for delivery to the customer, applicable shipping and fulfillment information will be provided.

Where a listed item represents a sponsorship or animal welfare support contribution, no physical product will be shipped to the supporter unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
